Customizable Plough-Shear Mixer from China Suppliers and Factory for Efficient Material Mixing

The SYLD series uses a plough blade spindle that splits material into bidirectional flows, forming an uninterrupted centrifugal vortex. Combined with high-speed cross-flying knives that shear and disperse the particles simultaneously, it eliminates segregation and reaches high homogeneity rapidly.

The mixer positions its plow blades in an axially staggered, continuous arrangement along the spindle. This optimized blade alignment ensures every area within the cylindrical chamber is swept, eliminating mixing dead angles.

Depending on application requirements, contact and non-contact parts can be constructed from Stainless Steel (304, 316L, 321), Carbon Steel, Manganese Steel, or wear-resistant alloys such as Hardox450 and JFE450.

During discharge mode, the rotating plow blades push and guide the entire batch toward the central bottom outlet of the vessel, resulting in rapid and thorough cleanout with minimal residue.

The SYLD equipment capacity spans from 0.1m³ up to 60m³, accommodating batch working volumes from 60 liters to 35m³ and handling weights between 30kg and 40 tons to suit both pilot plant and large-scale industrial operations.
