The mixer utilizes a combination of a circular-motion ploughshare spindle and high-speed cross-flying knives. The plow blades split materials into opposing flows to generate an uninterrupted vortex centrifugal flow, while the high-speed choppers shear and disperse agglomerates, delivering complete uniformity in a short processing time.

The SYLD series covers a broad operational spectrum, with equipment capacities ranging from 0.1 m³ to 60 m³, batch working volumes from 60 liters to 35 m³, and processing batch weights from 30 kg up to 40 tons across models SYLD-0.15 to SYLD-15.
